• NASCAR racing, ARCA racing, burnouts and cruise-ins - - Lowes Motor Speedway is less than an hour from The Forever Inn via scenic country roads. Escape the traffic in Concord and Charlotte and sneak in the "back door" to attend the next big race. - Rockingham Speedway - The "Rock" is racing again at the Rockingham Raceway Park in Rockingham NC (home of the ARCA Carolina 500). (Also offering high performance driving school). - Darlington Raceway in Darlington SC (near Florence SC) is less than an hour from The Forever Inn via Hwy 52. Guests have been very happy escaping the traffic by coming in the back way to the Darlington racetrack. - Oakboro NC has once a month Friday night "burnouts" and cruise-ins.
